Our Friendly Neighborhood Spiderman swings into the Marvel Multiverse in “Spiderman: No Way Home,” which quickly conquered the box office at the end of 2021 and continues to win the hearts of movie and comics fans.

The Marvel Cinematic universe has done it again. Each new release seems to top the last, from “Wandavision” to “Shang-Chi”. MCU’s latest “Spiderman: No Way Home” was breathtaking. The tear jerker was described as nostalgic, as well as mesmerizing. As the movie plays the MCU puzzle pieces fall into place and long time fans couldn’t have asked for more. Throughout the movie we see characters pulled from other Spiderman movies, such as Doc Ock, and the Green Goblin played by their original actors Alfred Molina, and Willem Dafoe. MCU did wonders in attention to detail, from meme references to references only true MCU fans would get.

We start with Peter Parker, Tom Holland, struggling after his identity has been revealed. His life is in shambles along with his friends; he seeks help through an old friend, Dr Strange played by Benedict Cumberbatch. A failed spell attempt later, now characters across the Spiderman MCU are being pulled to Tom Holland and his friends, wreaking havoc across his town and life.

Starting off strong with the appearance of Dr Otto Octavius played by Alfred Molina, better known as Doc Ock. After 14 years Doc Ock is still as mischievous and mysterious as ever. Molina put his heart and soul into his part, almost like no time has passed between movies. As a big MCU fan I could not be happier as to how this movie was portrayed. After Doc Ock’s applause-inducing cameo, slowly but surely more characters from across the Spiderman franchise appear The green goblin played by Willem Dafoe, J.Jonah Jameson(from the daily Bugle) played by J.K Simmons, Matt Murdock played by Charlie Cox, Doctor Strange played by Benedict Cumberbatch, The Lizard played by Rhys Ifans, Electro played by Jamie Foxx, Sandman played by Thomas Church, Peter parker played by Toby Maguire, and despite denying being in the film all the way until release Peter parker played by Andrew Garfield.
